Community Guidelines
1.1 — Respect Everyone
Treat all members with respect, both in-game and in Discord. Discrimination of any kind whether based on age, gender, race, religion, disability, or beliefs will not be tolerated. Starting or escalating arguments in any channel is strictly prohibited.
1.2 — Keep Content Appropriate
All messages must be kept in relevant channels. NSFW content is strictly forbidden, including images, videos, links, gifs, or discussions, whether in-game or on Discord.
1.3 — No Spamming or Disruption
Do not spam messages, emojis, mentions, gifs, or excessively use caps. Disruptive behavior in voice channels such as yelling, playing music, or using soundboards/voice changers is not allowed unless given permission by staff.
1.4 — No Unapproved Promotion
Advertising or promoting other servers, websites, or communities without staff approval is not allowed. Staff decisions are final, if you disagree, speak to a staff member privately and respectfully within a ticket.
1.5 — Do Not Spam Staff
Only ping staff when necessary. Repeated or non-urgent pings without permission will result in disciplinary action.
1.6 — Behavior Reflects Your Reputation
Toxic behavior in Discord will affect your standing in-game and may lead to warnings or bans. Be mindful of how you treat others at all times.
1.7 — Report Roleplay Issues Properly
Any roleplay related concerns, big or small, must be reported via the proper channels (e.g., tickets). Do not argue or discuss RP issues in public chats.
1.8 — No Trolling or Hostile Behavior
Avoid excessive sarcasm, trolling, or hostile jokes. Misuse of any channels (text or voice) may result in timeouts, warnings, or bans.
1.9 — Clip Reporting Requirements
All video evidence submitted in reports must be 30+ seconds long, include audio from all involved parties, and must not be edited (no cuts, skips, or alterations). in-game IDs must be visible when possible.
1.10 — Respect Staff and Their Time
Staff are volunteers here to help. Harassing, threatening, or attempting to manipulate staff (e.g., guilt-tripping, bribing, or demanding help instantly) is strictly prohibited.
1.11 — No Doxxing or Personal Attacks
Sharing personal information (yours or someone else's) without consent is a serious offense. This includes addresses, real names, photos, social media links, or anything that violates someone's privacy.
1.12 — Respect Event & Server Guidelines
During official events or server-wide activities (like community nights, patrols, etc.), follow any temporary rules or instructions provided by staff or event organizers.
Gang Guidelines
2.1 — Gang Leader & Hierarchy
Every gang must have a clearly defined leadership structure with one designated leader. This leader will serve as the main point of contact for staff and is responsible for ensuring all gang members understand and follow the rules.
2.2 — Members Must Be Listed
Only officially registered gang members may take part in gang-related activities. You may not bring in unlisted "friends" or outsiders to boost your numbers during fights, robberies, or operations.
2.3 — Respect RP
All gang actions must be grounded in serious and immersive roleplay. Random behavior or unrealistic actions that break character will not be tolerated.
2.4 — No Random Violence (RDM/VDM)
All acts of violence must have an in-character reason. Random deathmatching (RDM) or vehicle deathmatching (VDM) without RP context is strictly forbidden.
2.5 — Turf & Territory
Gangs may claim areas as their turf, but control must be maintained through RP. You must patrol, protect, and interact with others in-character to assert control. Claims without action are meaningless.
2.6 — Gang Wars Require Build-Up
Gang conflicts must be developed through proper escalation. There should be tension, interactions, and attempts at diplomacy before a war or shootout can begin. Instant violence is not acceptable.
2.7 — Alliances Must Make Sense
Alliances should be built on in-character development such as shared goals, history, or trust. Alliances created solely for OOC convenience (like increasing numbers) are not allowed.
2.8 — No Cop-Baiting or Constant Shootouts
Roleplay should be immersive and believable. Constantly provoking police or engaging in excessive gunfights without a solid RP reason is unrealistic and breaks immersion.
2.9 — No Kidnapping or Robbing New Players
Brand-new players are off-limits for kidnappings and robberies. Let them establish themselves before involving them in serious criminal RP.
2.10 — You Can Lose It All
If your gang is raided, betrayed, or caught, accept the outcome. RP includes risk, do not rage quit, argue with staff, or attempt to bend rules to avoid consequences.
2.11 — Everything Must Be RPed
All criminal activity including selling drugs, crafting weapons, and planning operations must be fully roleplayed. If it wasn’t roleplayed, it didn’t happen.
2.12 — Keep All Beef In-Character Only
Disputes between gangs must remain strictly in-character. Any OOC harassment, toxicity, or threats will lead to disciplinary action from staff.
2.13 — New Life Rule (NLR)
If your character is killed or seriously injured and revived at the hospital, you must forget all events leading up to that death. You may not act on any previous information or seek revenge based on it.
